Prawn Vermicelli NoodlesPrint This
- Vermicelli noodles
- Half green peppers
- Half red peppers
- 1 vegetable cube
- Sea salt
- Chilli flakes (optional)
- Pack of prawns
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for 3-5 minutes until they are softened. Careful not to soak for too long, or they will be too soggy to stir-fry. When done, with a colander, drain out the excess water.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp coconut oil and fry the prawns until golden. When done, remove and use the same pan to slightly cook the peppers for not more a minute.
To complete heat a pan with the other tbsp of coconut oil on medium heat, crush the vegetable cube, add the chillies, prawns and mix the noodles.
Serve and enjoy!
