Oven Dried Grapes (AKA - Raisins)Print This
- 2 packs of fresh seedless grapes (preferably multicoloured)
Preheat oven to 110 degrees Celsius.
Scatter grapes all over baking sheet.
Place in oven and baking. Making sure to check periodically until grapes semi-dried but still slightly plump, about 4 hours (see note). (The exact time will depend on your grapes, your oven, and your preferred degree of dryness.)
Let cool and refrigerate in a sealed container to store for about 3 weeks.
