Organic crunchy peanut butter on toast + steamed spinach & eggPrint This
- 2 organic eggs
- Handful of organic spinach
- Half a banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 wholegrain slice of toast (gluten free -optional).
Put the bread slices in a toaster (Toast to your preferred level).
Place toasted slices on a plate and spread with peanut butter evenly.
Steam the spinach – make sure to not overcook.
Meanwhile heat a non-stick pan on medium heat with 1 teaspoon olive oil and fry both eggs.
Serve and enjoy!
