Oat & berry cinnamon pancakes (gluten free)Print This
- 1/2 cup Self raising gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (not needed if using self raising flour)
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Coconut oil ( tiny drop before frying each pancake)
- 1 egg (vegans use plant based yogurt for alternative)
- 1 cup almond milk
- Handful blueberries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Mix all wet ingredients together.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix together.
Heat pan on medium heat (preferably non stick pan).
Pour pancake size on pan , fry until done. Repeat until all batter has been used.
