- 2 slices of toast
- 1 apple
- Roasted vegetables
- Cashew nut cream
For the roasted vegetables , use recipe from my – Vegan lentils with roasted vegetables and cashew nut cream recipe (in recipes categories)
Toast the slices of bread.
For the cashew cream, you can either spread it evenly on each slice of toast before placing the vegetables on top or you can have it on the side.
Slice the apple.
Serve and enjoy!
