Grilled corn on a cobPrint This
- 2 Corn
- 1 Tbsp oilive oil
- 1 red pepper
- Hummus dip
- 1 Tsp Chilli flakes
- Handful parsley
Set oven to 150 degrees celsius.
Lightly coat the corns with olive oil and place on the grill for 30 mins or until done.
Dice the red peppers.
Mix the hummus with olive oil and the chilli flakes.
Serve and sprinkle the parsley on the top.
