Banana & spinach protein smoothie with a swirl of berriesPrint This
- 2 bananas
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk ( any plant based milk)
- 2 handfuls of blueberries
- 4 tbsp protein powder
Place milk first in the blender cup and add all ingredients with the seeds and powder being the last to add.
Blend until your disired consistency.
To MIMIC the layers in the picture;
Blend bananas and protein powder first with half the milk. When done, pour half into one cup and half into another.
Blend the spinach and chia seeds with 1/2of the milk left. When done pour half mixture into each glass containing the banana blend (do this gently for it to sit onto or the mixture.
Next Blend the blueberries with the remaining milk and pour half mixture on top of each glass.
Serve & enjoy.
