Baked sweet potato & pan seared sea bassPrint This
- 1 sweet potato
- 2 sea bass fillets
- Handful vine tomatoes
- Half cup peas
- Coconut oil
- Chilli flakes
- Sea salt
- Lemon wedges
Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius
Wash sweet potato with skin, slice, wrap in foil paper and place in oven for 40-60 minutes
Season fillets with sea salt , lemon and fry with light coconut oil on medium heat. When almost done, sprinkle chilli flakes
Steam tomatoes and peas
Serve whilst hot.
