This 7 day meal plan is packed full of nutritious vegetables, fruits, oils, seeds etc you name it!
I kept it to one juice recipe per day so what you get is 7 healthy juice recipes containing all the antioxidants necessary to push out those excess toxins.
Now here’s the catch! I don’t believe in starving oneself so you can have any type of protein for each meal (juice you have) and snacks.
Now remember, the ultimate goal is to stick to healthy eating after the fast and this plan should not be continued after 7 days.
