The key to flushing the water-weight quickly is to take a break from foods that are high in sodium like canned goods, chips, pizza, pasta, sugary food etc.
I normally follow this plan if i urgently need to shed some weight i.e before an occasion. However this plan is also a quick fix to when you’re tired of feeling bloated / puffy and should NOT be continued after 3 days.
The plan contains 3 breakfasts , 3 lunches , 3 dinners, water consumption instructions and snacks.
Remember you MUST drink more water if you want your body to shed water! As strange as this sounds, the key to getting the water weight down is to actually drink more water.
